Mrs. Shridevi Minajagi, the visionary founder of Swaiam Foundation, is a passionate advocate for education and community empowerment. A graduate of GFGCW College, Jamakhandi, she began her professional journey with a deep commitment to making a difference in people's lives.
Her career commenced as an HR professional at Shri Siddheshvar Sanstha’s SIRPY Dialysis Centre in Vijayapura, where she contributed to organizational development and patient care. Driven by her passion for teaching and nurturing young minds, she transitioned into the field of education, serving as a Computer Teacher at Rabindranath Tagore School, Vijayapura, and later as an Assistant Teacher at Gurudev School, Vijayapura.
With her diverse experience and unwavering dedication, Ms. Minajagi founded Swaiam Foundation to inspire change and create opportunities for holistic growth through innovative and inclusive educational initiatives. Her leadership continues to guide the Foundation's mission of transforming lives and building a brighter future for all.
